In short
Tasty Treats Tycoon is a game for players of all ages, including children. You don't need an account and we don't ask for your name, email or any other personal details. Your game progress is saved on your own device. The game can show optional ads that reward you with in-game items; these ads are child-safe, never personalised and never based on tracking. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
Who we are
Tasty Treats Tycoon is published by UNIKKORN UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Auf dem Brinke 2 – Hinterhofhaus, 30453 Hannover, Germany (Amtsgericht Hannover, HRB 222915), under the developer name Fizzwick Wobble. We are responsible for the processing described here.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. The game has no sign-in, no chat, no social features and no analytics. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts or location.
Your saved game (coins, unlocked islands, settings) is stored only on your device. It is not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes it.
Ads
The mobile apps can show optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game bonus. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Because the game is made for children, every ad request is marked as directed at children and as coming from a user under the age of consent. This means:
- ads are never personalised and are not based on your interests or behaviour;
- only ads rated suitable for general audiences (G) are shown;
- no advertising identifier is used for tracking or profiling.
To deliver an ad and prevent fraud, Google may process technical information such as the device type, operating system, app version and an approximate (country-level) location derived from the IP address. In-app purchases
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and privacy policies. We never see or store your payment details. The store tells the game only which item was bought, so it can be delivered. On children's devices, parents can require approval for purchases (Apple "Ask to Buy", Google Play parental controls / Family Link).
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, or from anyone. If you are a parent or guardian and believe information about your child has reached us, contact us at and we will delete it.
Other versions
If you play Tasty Treats Tycoon on another platform (for example Steam or YouTube Playables), that platform's own privacy policy also applies to your account there. These versions do not show ads.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority (in Lower Saxony: Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen). As we hold no personal data about players, there is usually nothing to access or delete, but you are always welcome to ask.
